My husband got me the 10w laser engraver. It broke with a little bit of use. I emailed customer service. They helped walked me through on possible fixes for the laser, when none of the possible fixes worked they sent me a new engraver and it works great. I have included pics and a video of some work I have done on various materials. Canvas board, mirror, tile, and acrylic. I have also used wood and regular canvas which turned out great as well. So overall extremely satisfied with the product and GREAT customer service.

To start off with, there is definitely a learning curve to the system, especially when creating your own designs. This laser engraver was great to use. Took about 1 hour to set up to get to the test engraving. Set up video move a little fast with not much description, I recommend to pause it at each step. After set up, it is very easy to make it work, just download files online to the micro SD card and put it into the engraver, simple as that. I have not had any issues from the engraver for a out a month now, it's been a great purchase!

Assembly: straightforward; there is a hard copy manual, but the package includes a drive with instructions. Software: also included in the Tumbdrive, and I had no issues with the installation. The machine can work with Bluetooth and be managed from the phone, but I found the desktop software easy and comfortable to use. It is beginner-friendly, and the software already has some samples to test the machine. Hardware: the frame is sturdy; there are no vibrations. The machine has a touch-screen that is convenient and nice to use. Performance: I tested the lacer with the maximum power to see the results, which proved terrific. The machine has the option to do lines or dots. I tested both, and they were equally nice. The small bags in the pictures are suede cloth and were done with light power to avoid perforation of the material. The machine did a great job, and I am enjoying it.

This laser is amazing, I was able to engrave Slate stone, wood, leather, and even acrylics. I love this laser and I think this machine would be a great way to make custom items for your friends and family members.

What a great product, easy to learn and use. The product is just as great and the customer service is even better. It wasn't hard to assemble, just took a little time to play with it. It's great for engraving wood, slate, glass and burnt metal . I found tons of videos on YouTube and other online sources. Lots of content if you don't know how to use it.

After installing it, I couldn't wait to try out its laser engraving feature and engrave a cute graphic for my lid. Then I tried its cutting function, and a circle was cut out quickly. Both cutting and engraving met my expectations. I think I can start some Halloween DIYs with it! love it!!!
